ABOUT
Jane Hartshorn is a writer, editor, and educator based in London. She is currently undertaking a Practice as Research PhD in Poetry at University of Kent.
Her writing attempts to convey the embodied experience of chronic illness, exploring such themes as narrative and fragmentation, the medical encounter and the patient/doctor relationship, phenomenology of illness (via navigation of the environment), the body as an unfamiliar place, and shapeshifting and the humananimal.
